Stable Ground Boston: Subsidized Housing in the Dorchester Neighborhood

Created for Stable Ground Boston, a partner of Violence TransformedBoston Office of Housing Stability, and the Domestic Violence Institute at Northeastern University School of Law. Stable Ground is made possible by the Kresge Foundation.

This map indicates locations of subsidized housing in the Dorchester neighborhood. For the purposes of this map, "subsidized housing" encompasses housing units that accept or offer: vouchers, low income housing tax credits, project-based section 8, project-pased rental assistance, section 202 supportive housing for the elderly, and section 811 supportive housing for persons with disabilities or units that are considered affordable housing. Each location includes the number of units at the address, the type of housing assistance offered, the State Legislative District (House and Senate), Massachusetts Congressional District, and School District.
